Smithville Heating & Air is a long-established brand in Bastrop County. We have been a locally owned and operated business since 1978. Archie Svetlik, the previous owner, recently retired after 40+ years and “passed the torch” on to a very capable, honest and seasoned HVAC specialist, Calvin Frank.
The Owners
Calvin and Amy Frank became the new owners in 2017 and are excited to continue the tradition of quality service to Smithville and the surrounding community. Calvin is well known, liked and respected in the Smithville community. He has shown his love of Smithville in many ways, including volunteering with the Smithville Volunteer Fire Department, or at the baseball and football fields. He is always giving 100%.
Calvin has been married to Amy Frank for 20 years, and has 2 sons, Monty, 27 and Cutter, 13. Monty is a music major at Texas State and lives in San Marcos, TX and Cutter attends Smithville Junior High and is in the 7th grade. Cutter has played football for SYFA, where Amy has volunteered her time and served on the board for several years. The Frank Family is excited to begin this journey and feels blessed to have the opportunity.
